Terms of Service

The Services are operated by Oxirin ("we", "us", or "our"). Oximerce is a WooCommerce back-office plugin sold under annual license plans.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

When you purchase an Oximerce license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin on the number of WooCommerce sites included in your plan.

You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the plugin except where expressly allowed by your plan (for example, agency or white-label use on Business plans).

Your license remains valid for the subscription period shown at purchase and includes updates for the licensed term unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for keeping your license account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

License keys are personal to your account and must not be shared publicly or used beyond the limits of your plan.

We may suspend or revoke a license if we detect abuse, fraud, or a material breach of these Terms.

Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change for future purchases. Existing paid terms remain unchanged until renewal.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method.

Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be shown at checkout where required.

We provide email support according to your plan level. Support covers installation guidance, license issues, and reasonable help with plugin functionality.

Because Oximerce runs on your own WordPress server, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, or hosting configuration.

We may update the plugin, website, or documentation at any time to improve security, performance, or features.

You agree not to use the Services to violate applicable laws, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

You must not interfere with license validation, remove required attribution where prohibited by your plan, or use the plugin in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure.

Oximerce, the Oxirin brand, website content, and related materials remain our property or that of our licensors.

Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you under these Terms.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or indirect damages arising from your use of the plugin or website.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected license in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment.

Sections that by nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, intellectual property, and limitations of liability — will continue to apply.
